Setting up my blog was a struggle. I have never blogged before or created my own website so I had no idea where to start. I feel after I start blogging for a couple of weeks I will get the hang of how to do it and feel more comfortable. Once I get a good topic to write about I am good with thinking deep into it and writing a lot about it. Some of my friends have blogged before and I have seen what they have done but never payed any attention to it. I also have seen blogs online and looked at them a little but never thought I would be blogging. I am excited to get started with this new writing technique to see how advanced I get with it and how comfortable I will become.                                                                     

My name is Brekkin McCready and I was born in a small town a couple minutes outside of Rochester. I graduated with a class of 68 people very small which I enjoyed because all of my friends and I were very close. I have an older sister who is 21 and goes to University of Wisconsin Lacrosse. My family and I love to travel and always are staying busy. I am liking it here at RCTC because I am not really in the feel for a big school yet and want to first figure out what I am going to do when I am older. I am a really outgoing and active person. I love to go to my cabin and go wake-boarding and tubing and be on the river for the weekend with my friends and family.

I want to transfer to a 4 year college and go play volleyball somewhere else when I am done here. I really love the team though here we are all very close with each other and spend a lot of time together. I start playing volleyball when I was in 7th grade and started varsity when I was in 9th grade. I earned All-Conference my 10th, 11th, and 12th grade year which was a very nice achievement. Also here at RCTC I earned Setter-Of-The-Week which was a great start to the volleyball season.
